Ebay Seller Rudest Ever

Ok, I am at my wits ends here. I purchased 3 Maxi Jet 1200's on 6/12

Well, I sent an email asking if I could add 3 more to my order as well. I heard nothing back. So I emailed again 6/15. Still heard nothing. I looked at the auction today and there was a phone # so I called. This was the most Defensive person I have had the displeasure of doing business with. I proceeded to tell him about the auction and the emails I sent him and he responds " so do you want to make a payment or something" I told him no that I already paid. He says " well then send us an email this line is for payments only I have to many customers to sit and answer these kind of calls all day" I explained again for the 5th time that I had sent 2 emails and heard no response. " Well Maxi Jets are shipped 24hrs after payment and an email confirmation is sent so you need to give them time to arrive" By this time I was blue in the face trying to explain to him that I did not care when they were going to arrive that I was trying to add 3 more to my order and he states "well I don't think you should buy anymore it's obvious we have not been able to satisfy you so far"

I have never been dealt with so Rudely by someone that I was trying to give MORE money To. The best one was " I don't know why your not getting our emails and we are not getting yours" who cares were on the phone now can't we just figure it out " no, you will have to send an email"


What a way to start the day

ebay tip:::always read all feedback before bidding, paying close attention to neutrals and negs...also if the seller did a follow up was it a rude comment...this may indicate possible dealings with you.

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~

I always do Wit. I figured the few recent neg's were just nothing. The part that gets me is I was trying to contact to add to my order not to complain about anything

It's funny how much impact negative Feedback has. 5 minutes later my email is flooded with emails from this seller.

yeah me too, deny the shipment and call the CC company or cancel it via paypal. I actually enjoy small tiffs like that. YOU ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMER, you should be satisfied with customer service and the product, if not let the world know about it.

I like the phrase FO and I'm not afraid to use it.

Oh it gets even better. I get several emails from other people in different states. So I call again. The guy says so what can we do to fix the problem. I said what problem, you have a rude employee and now you blocked me from ever bidding on your auctions so what are you going to fix. I will be sure to get these jokers names out and hopefully hit a little of there business where it counts $$$$$ loss

at my work if you order something online and complete the order and payment is made you cannot add or change or cancel the order... so I completely understand you were trying to save $$ on the shipping ..this is becouse laws to prevent C.C. fruad and is in your best intrest... I know this does not excuse the jerk you delt with but maybe next time you can avoid the aggravation by ordering what you want in first place

My original email to them was asking if I could add to my order or was it already shipped. I paid via PayPal with my bank account. I never even rec'd any shipping info or anything from them other then then auto reply from ebay. Every business I have dealt with wants more money and if someone wants to add to the order hey as long as it was not already shipped then Why Not?? With ebay there was no ther way to order what I want it was a Buy It Now Auction and said to email for questions

I understand the rules and have no problem what so ever with them.
