Harbor Aquatics

Anyone have a hard time contacting Harbor Aquatics after placing an order? I place an order on Friday, 4/30. I received an order acknowlegement that told me someone would contact me about shipping costs and what size LR pieces I wanted. So far, I haven't heard from anyone there... I've tried calling and email with no luck. Anyone else have this experience?

I have not had any experiences with them but that does seem a little unusual. Seems like they would have gotten back to yuu by now.

I inquired about a coral on their site, and never heard back from them.

Oi!

You need to talk with Joy, she is the sole owner of Harbor after her husban died. She can be a bit hard to get a hold of and at times terse in comments. It took me over two weeks to get a hold of her once, and I finally went there, she was busy with some guy from Orland Park buying $500 of live rock.

I hope that she continues to keep going, I am counting on driving out there in 3mos. when I restart up my 90. I'll follow this thread to see...

Call Harbor Aquatics yesterday. As it turns out, they never got my online order. There must be a problem with their website. Anyway, I had to cancel the order (if it ever goes through) and I placed it with Premium Aquatics.

If the truth was know, Joy says that all the time about the site. It hasen't be working 'correctly' for over 1.5 years that I know of.
