| Torch coral | Reef Geek / Lighting Supply So I bought a new Tek T5 light made by Lighting Supply from Reef Geek. I always try to buy from vendors in CA because thats where I live and so the shipping is faster! hehe. ReefGeek.com: PROW suggested I go to this vendor on my chronical when I asked about a new lighting system. Greg at reef geek was awsome. I called in my order on the phone Monday and I got the light on Wed.. It was packaged masterfully. No way anything could have been damaged. I even got a sticker and some jolly ranchers for free!! hehe. Tek Light: This light is pretty expensive considering everything is sold seperately in my opinion. No hanging kit or mounting legs, no bulbs, no acrylic shield. All these cost extra. The light is very nice though. Sleek, smooth, all that jazz. The availible bulb options are good quality too; ATI, GE, etc. Overall I really like this light. I am using the mounting legs for now until I can build a canopy, this light will fit in the canopy because it is soooo light and very thin. Puts out wonderful light in my opinion but runs kinda warm. Although I was using PC before so I dont know much! hehe. See my chronical for pictues! Around page 10 or 11-ish.
