Aqua FX RO/DI systems

After doing a negetive thread about my experience with the distributor I thought it was only fair to do a thread about the manufacturer of my new RO/DI.

I ordered a MAKO unit from Aqua FX(RS sponsor)with 200gpd capacity & Chloramine blockers. I would sugest ordering direct because these units are going to be built after you order to your specs & drop shipped anyway.(at least mine was)

Cons:

*system had a broken fitting apon arrival.(possibly caused by shipping?)
*No response by email for questions I had before I ordered. Later found an online library on thier site that answered some of my questions

Pros:

*I called about the broken fitting & An replacement was sent immediatly, no questions asked. Person on the phone was great & answered all my questions(I had many).
*I am very happy with the quality of the product, put together like a commercial unit not a hobbiest. What I ordered was somewhat custom & its just what I wanted.
*Instructions are easy with great drawings to make everything make sense.

Overall I would reccomend Aqua FX & if ever needed will order from them again.

AquaFX is an RS sponsor and they make great units as well
