I Was Wondering If Anyone Uses/has Used These
Supplements?? And How You Like It.

so you wouldnt recommend the supplements??
which ones are best??

i've used marine env. and my ph and cal. stays in check.
althought i dont have much using up calcium just yet.

my last water change i used reef crystals, but i'm having
to monitor my ph and alk. and calcium more closely. I have been also
using the aqua milk?? Not sure of the name. and not sure
if this supplement is enough. any help would be great.

I stay away from supplements unless for something I test for and know what range I should be in (like calc or ph).
Most people seem to agree that water changes with a good salt are the way to go.
