I use this site for nearly all of my on-line purchases. Shipping can run a little high but it can be more than made up if I'm ordering several thing at once. I recently ordered replacement bulbs for my 96w PC. The 10k bulb was defective and had to be returned. I called the day it arrived and customer service was great. They shipped a new bulb right away. It arrived within a few days. The return label was a good week or so later. They were more concerned that I got the product that I paid for. I've never spoken to someone in their customer service that wasn't helpful and friendly.

That is great to hear - they have been good to me since the Pet Warehouse days and though the integration of the two companies was a bit difficult at first, they are one of the top tier suppliers in the country. There are a lot of good people working there.
