Aquarium Specialty!! A+++

Just wanted to share my experience with Scott at http://www.aquariumspecialty.com He went out of his way to help me with questions regarding some of his products so that I would feel comfortable that they would meet my needs. When he wasn't 100% sure of a the answer to a question I had, he contacted the manufacturer and then called me back. Excellent customer service and products!! A+++

Yeah, Bubble King's are supposedly top of the line... a lot of that cost is the Red Dragon pump, silent and very efficient from what I've read.

I saw a thread over at RC where they were showing their shop, and they do all their own machining, and all their skimmers are hand-built... but I still don't think I'll be dropping almost $4K on a skimmer anytime soon.

Glad you had a good experience bkelley02. Aquarium Specialty is looking to become a sponsor of this site, so it's nice to know that their customer service is second-to-none.
