If you ask the right questions you would be surprised who responds to you. I use to bug Professor Sanjay every Sunday in private chat on IRC. He taught me a lot on lighting. Fatherree is also great at responding to emails.

What Fankie said. I don't e-mail him that often and try not to ask stupid questions. I also have a couple of products/books he has developed/written and often they are about those things.

I also hold my fingers just right when I am typing the e-mails, lol.
