Re: Let's see some clams!

More gorgeous clams. Great to see.
I should get some new pics of mine as well. They are really happy with my new halide bulbs. You don't realize how much the bulbs fade until you replace them. Now my fish need sunglasses but the clams are thrilled and it shows.

Took some pictures today. Gigas anyone? That clown loves that clam. I had a hard time cleaning around it today, kept getting nipped.

Re: Let's see some clams!

Wow, if you go to the first picture in this thread and see this clam you can really see how well it has colored up in my tank since i got it. I really love the Reeflux line.

Re: Let's see some clams!

Beautiful. Does the clown spend much time there? My clown gobies love to hang out on my clams. I am always worried that either the clam or the fish will have a problem but it doesn't seem to matter to either of them.

Yes, that is the clowns home. The clam seems to except it but i cannot approve the safety of such a home!

Re: Let's see some clams!

Their primary food is light. They need high powered light such as LED, MH, or a lot of T5.

Re: Let's see some clams!

Absolutely beautiful!! My pair of clowns tok to using my 6" maxima for a sudo-anemone when I took out my frogspon. I move the clam and they left it alone. Now they prefer the candycane. We are all happy now.
