Re: Let's see some clams!

Stunning clams everyone. Where is a good place to get them? A friend of mine has been keeping them in her tank but we don't get much selection locally for some reason. She will flip over these once I show her.

Thanks. I think the pics here should get her excited enough though. As the really nice clams don't make their way over here very often I certainly don't need her harping on me every time I see her as to when we can get some nice ones in her tank. And I can assure you, clams are all I am going to hear about for some time to come now since showing her this thread.
Damn you all and your awesome clams. lol

Re: Let's see some clams!

Looks good Paul B! Is there a sunken ship in that bottle? Very unique aquascaping I say!

Wink Re: Let's see some clams!

are there any side effects of having a glass bottle in your tank? Such as silicate leaching? They look really cool.

Re: Let's see some clams!

I thought we were going for clams here. If you want unique, I think I have that. There are many bottles in there. I collected about half of them and the rest I kind of "built" but thats for another post.

Twoclowns, some of those bottles have been in there from the sixtees so maybe the leaching takes place after 40 years. I think they are fine.
