They are at the waikiki aquarium in Hawaii. They keep them outside.

it seems almost like the water is overflowing the tank edges, am i right or just smoking too much?!?

Sort of, i have seen these tanks on the net someplace. The water overflows between 2 sheets of glass I think. Not sure how you clean it or keep fish from jumping but they are cool.

It's called a Zero Edge clam tank. The water actually just overflows all the sides of the tank. It's designed as a clam and coral viewing tank as opposed to a fish tank.

oh it was, and what gets me even more is this tank is outside in the weather, lit by natural sunlight and looks amazing. Somebody move me to Hawaii!
