They are at the waikiki aquarium in Hawaii. They keep them outside.

it seems almost like the water is overflowing the tank edges, am i right or just smoking too much?!?

Sort of, i have seen these tanks on the net someplace. The water overflows between 2 sheets of glass I think. Not sure how you clean it or keep fish from jumping but they are cool.

It's called a Zero Edge clam tank. The water actually just overflows all the sides of the tank. It's designed as a clam and coral viewing tank as opposed to a fish tank.
