would you be able to use this for sharks or not read what it is made out of i know sharks dont like any kind of metal but i didnt know if the liner would make it safe or what please let me know.

When I click your link I get a page for Commercial UV Sterilizers, not pools.

Is this more along the lines of what you are talking about?

it would be cool as long as it is indoors, as if it is exposed to the elements it would be alot more difficult to take care of. the liner is ok, and seeing it is a steel tank regular maintenance would be necessary to prohibit corrosion buildup. IMO, i wouldnt do it unless it is a reinforced polyethylene tank, indoors, with little light. you would need alot of circulation to keep that tank happy, and alot of electricity to do so. good luck!!!

how about this because this would be easier to circulate since i can put bualkheads in it. i would get the 1000gal one tel me what you guys think and what kind of ideas you have if this was yours

what do you think of this corvette and others?

Personaly I would go with a large rectangle shaped "bait/Hatchery" tank.
Most sharksoecies like to swim the length and freeak out when they go in circles. Now for its placement. Unless you live in southern florida I wouldnt keep it any where but in a greenhouse or your basment.
Lage uncapped tanks out doors mean a larger surface area to cool off faster, thus warranting a much hotter climate than most other states have to be used out doors.
I know of SEVERAL peopl ein California and florida without door sharkpools.
I kno wa guy in sacremento who is using his swimming pool as a hatchery for HUGE green and silver scats.

ALSO....It's not the metal that the sharks dont like. Its the electricity it conducts.
Sharks posess millions of extra sensory nerves in thier latteral, as well as in their nose.
Power heads, heaters, filters, even artificial lighting can effect certain species unless it is grounded VERY VERY WELL.
Thats why you will NEVER see a hammer head shark, or great white on display in captivity. You may see a bonett head shark being passed off as a hammer head but you wont see a true hammer, or great white for this reason.
SOmake sure whatever youuse is insulated VERY VERY WELL, and that the tank has several grounding probes ( perferably on on each corner of a large tank).

What type of shark or sharks are yuo intending to keep. That may help out also with deciding what type of pool to use.
