Start a Fish only

Ive always just wanted to have a 55 gallon tank and get a baby coral banded shark. Think that would be fine? Would i need to get another sump or would a marine land penguin HOT do decent enough filtration till i find a more 'pernament' solution?

Might not do coral banded, may change mind later a little on which type of shark but i honestly love sharks and have since i was 4-5 years of age.

Please help with tips comments and other recremendations.

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~

Re: Start a Fish only

I once sold a customer a shark egg.18 months later the customer brought me a 32" long Banded Cat Shark.Think about it!FWIW nobody wants a 32" Banded Cat Shark. At least nobody wants to pay for it!
