| Bryozoan | Re: Best posssible Filteration for 150g F.O I think you may find differing opinions on what the best is... I've got a buddy who is running a Cyclone Bio-Filter and a UV Sterilizer on a 200g fish only setup and he swears by it. With fish only I personally believe that most top name filtration units will work fine. I believe that the wet/dry style is more efficient than canisters. Cyclone Bio-Filters |

| Golden Moray | Re: Best posssible Filteration for 150g F.O If you're sure that fish only is what you want, a good wet/dry will serve you well. It will become a nitrate factory and you'll have to figure out how to reduce them. There are three choices that I know of there, water changes, fuge with live macro algae, or a sulfur denitrator. |

| Golden Moray | Re: Best posssible Filteration for 150g F.O instead of a sump with bio-ball, maybe use an old sump(or old tank) thats fill with LR . you would be much better of with out the bio-balls

| Neon dottyback | Re: Best posssible Filteration for 150g F.O I would use a sump set up only though you are doing fish only. I say this because I started out as fish only with live rock and then I decided to move to reefing and wish I would have had a sump and refugium installed.
