smith's damesel fish

I am going to be purchasing a 30 Gal. tank, and was looking at getting some Smith's damesel fish. Would 3 be ok? Also it is going to be a Fish Only tank.

I'm not familiar with the "smiths's damsel fish". You could put 6-8" of fish in the 30 cube as long as they're small fish (no tangs)

they get to be anywhere from 3 to 4 inches in length, can I still put 6 to 8 or would that be too much of a bioload for a 30 gal?

oh sorry 6 to 8 INCHES of fish I thought it read 6 to 8 fish.
