New Fish Suggestions

I'm in the mood for a new fish, and was wanting to hear some suggestions from you all. I would like something somewhat rare and colorful. Also, a larger tank is in the planning stages, so I'm open to any and all suggestions.

JMO, but I wouldn't add any more fish to your tank. Your fish will get bigger and if you add anything else to your tank your undulate trigger will harass it.

Re: New Fish Suggestions

I agree with Cartman89 the undulated trigger is a beast so anything you add will have to be big and aggressive...the only fish that comes to mind would be a Sohal but your tank isn't big enough for all these fish IMO, a minimum 180 gal would be necessary.

Re: New Fish Suggestions

I agree that I need a bigger tank. I'm thinking of something custom in the 400-500 Gal. range. In your opinion, would you rather have a 8ft x 4ft x 2ft tank, or 10ft x 3ft x 2ft? The Undy has a 75gal that he'll go to when he starts any problems. Right now, my Humu keeps him in check. I'll look into a Sohal, but I don't think he'll take to my Sailfin too well.

I would go 8x4x2 that would allow for some awesome aquascaping. AFA the Sohal and Sailfin as long as the Sohal is the last addition and you have the large tank I don't see a problem but you never can tell how the sohal will react some may be fine while others can be terrors.
