| Torch coral | I am looking to add some new additions to my fish tank. Here is a list of what I currently have. Yellowtail Damsel Three Striped Damsel Domino Damsel Chrome Damsel Yellow Watchman Goby Tomato Clown Small Yellow Sponge I was thinking either some Angel, Tangs, or a small Snowflake Eel. Do you think an Eel would work with what I have right now? I heard the common rule of thumb regarding snow flake ees is not to get a fish that is smaller than their mouths. I think the only one right now that would be in danger would be the Yellow Watchman. Thoughts and suggestions? P.S.... I have a 55 Gallon that has 50 lbs or so of Live Rock. |

| Neon dottyback | Re: Next Addition to my Tank? I would try and get rid of the Domino and Three Striped Damsel because they WILL become aggressive! They may kill your other fish too. See if your lfs will take them in. A snoweflake eel would be fine if you get a very small one. I had a chainlink and a snowflake in my 55gal and they were fine. I don't think the eel will eat any of the fish, he may bite them though when it comes to feeding time. Hope you have a skimmer. You could do dwarf angelfish if you want. Here are some Angels http://liveaquaria.com/product/scateg.cfm?pCatId=16 |

| Reef Shark ![]() | Re: Next Addition to my Tank? AALL the damnsels will get hella aggressive. I'm not sure what a "Chrome Damsel" is, unless you mean "Chromis", and most of them are fairly non-aggressive. Good chance the snowflake eel will end up trying to make a meal of the smaller fish. Not a guarantee, but they get to be pretty opportunistic feeders...they will most likley go after snails and WILL take out any shrimp in the tank...
