| Bryozoan | Small FOWLR tank. Need advise Hello there reefers. Im planing on a 20g tall FOWLR tank. It's already in the cycle but I wanted to get some help in selecting some fish for that tank. I know that it's quite a small tank but what do you guys think I can get away with? Any responce will be great. |

| The Wand Geek was here. ;) ![]() | Re: Small FOWLR tank. Need advise The number of adult sized fish that you should put in there is approx 4-7". Seven is over the max but if you perform regular weekly water changes of 20%, you should be fine. The higher the bioload the more work for you! I would suggest a couple of percs or ocellaris; or maybe a few gobies. ![]()

| Bryozoan | Re: Small FOWLR tank. Need advise What do you think of keeping a Valentini Puffer by itself? I read that they dont get as big as other puffers and can be kept in a 20 and up.

| Bryozoan | Re: Small FOWLR tank. Need advise Well that's very good news because I had my heart set on one already, lol. I just have to wait for the water levels to drop some more and im in bussiness. I have a little trace of ammonia.

| Tubeworm | Re: Small FOWLR tank. Need advise Ive had my valentin for about a month and at first my snowflake moray was givin him a hard time, prolly cause of the color similarities, but he fits in well with my fowlr tank. He strictly was a frozen brine fish at first but the rest of my fish through example showed him that mysis and blood worms were good too. If you didnt wanna try the common hardy damsels to help cycle at first, a trusted source of mine said that many gobies, and clowns were great starters. |
