When are we going to get avatars? Is there going to be a "Karma" type system?

Both are on the list.

Karma has been rough to track down, I'm still working on finding it but there are several similar systems.

Will look into avatars as well.

Also on the list.... quick reply, a whole bunch more smilies, several new "skins" to choose from... and much more.

I don't know if it will be necessary any longer since you guys are now admining the site, but will you develope an e-mail notification list like the one started two weeks ago on RAG?

I would love to be caught up on any big changes every once in a while off-line.

As for the searches, I'll go see what it's set to for now but I HAVE already activated the wildcards function. Meaning, you add as many "**" to get to the minimum number of characters.

For now....I have the search configured to work for words which are 3 letters or more. I don't know how this will effect the server - I truly don't know the full future implications of this. I'd figure we'd start with it (take it for a test run if you'd like) - and if gets to be problematic, we'll work on a solution at that time.

Another to-do list item - I'm pretty such vBulletin offers Admins the capability of emaiing all registered members. Should be simple enough.

If any of your questions or concerns aren't immediately addressed, please don't think we're ignoring them. We're doing everything possible right now to just get the site fully up and running. For now, that means finding and loading the "quick reply box" hack, a couple nice skins, and a couple other changes. We want nothing more to have all of the forums open to the 'public'.

Btw, one of the forums will be "The Suggestion Box" - so keep those thinking caps on.
