OK, We had VB set to only allow users to upload a custom avatar after having 20 posts.

I changed this to zero for the time being, so you should be able to upload your own avatar, or link to it from elsewhere.

Will this work for you guys?

Setting up a library of avatars for you to choose from here is going to be a big project and will have to take a backseat to ther things at this time.

OK guys, we had the avatar max size set kinda small LOL.

I bumped it up to 75x75 pixels. Let me know if this is still too small for ya's! (keep in mind the size will eventually affect loading speed)
