Left-hand column

Is there a way to hide the left-hand column, the one with the calendar in it? One site I've seen had this option, so you didn't need to have these items using screen space.

There is a way, I like it better with the leftcolumn showing for now, because it gives you easy navigation to the home, forums, and photo gallery pages.

We've got a new header in the works that will add this navigation at the top, so let's see how that works when we get it up and running and take another look at the subject then.

Fair?

Flipper,

You can hide it yourself, but only when you are in the "forums" themselves, but not on the Home page.

Click on the "Forums" link, and at the top right (next to "View New Posts") - should be a link to
"Hide Left Column".
