Dumb question?

I just noticed that I no longer get the popup box when I have a PM even though it is selected under my options. Anyone know how to correct this? I do get the email but not the popup when I log in

log out,,,reboot, and log in again...if that doesnt help,,,delete cookie and log in...i had to do that one on another site.

I've noticed that happening as well, always seems to be when I have the site open on two different computers at the same time.

I did what you suggested Wit. Can one of you guys send me a TEST PM?

I may be logged in at work but I do make it a habit of closing all aps before I leave.

Another thing to think about is if you have a pop-up blocker running on your computer.

I was just about to ask about pop up blocker software....

Personally, I think the email is enough and don't have pop ups, but the software is where I would look first.

No blockers and I was not logged in at work.

Sometimes I go a few days without checking the AOL mail so I didn't want the PM's going unanswered.

I will try clearing the cookies on all 4 PC's and see what happens.
