Unhappy Ouch.

I know there are some open issues that need attention, but my back problem has gotten worse and it's pretty painful to sit in front of a computer at the moment.

I went to the dr. today and hopefully the medicine will kick in over the next few days. But if I'm scarce or unresponsive, please be patient and feel free to PM me reminders in a few days.

Have you talked to Dr. Hank? A chiropractor did wonders for my back and neck.

Hope you feel better soon, Travis! Sleep on your side with your knees drawn up. That helps me when my back hurts.

Re: Ouch.

Best to you Travis. I have back injuries that give reoccurring back pain and see a chiropractor for regular adjustments. I highly recommend doing the same if you are not.

By the way, your medical Dr may discourage you from seeing a chiropractor. DO NOT listen to him on that advice. Many in the medical profession still consider chiropractors as quackery. Don't you believe it. I'm living proof they perform miracles.

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~
