E-mail notification

How come I don't get the e-mail when I use the Instant Reply box? I checked my setting and they are all good.

i believe the quick-reply doesnt register a notification. only when you use the "post reply" button will it submit an email notification command.

The mods were scratching our heads over this issue. Luckily Reefrunner figured it out for us.

Mods: can we enable this? At least for those of us too lazy/forgetful to click the subscribe button.

I think it might be a hack and not simply a matter of enabling. I will doublecheck with the administrators.

Yes, quick reply does not defualt to the e-mail notifiction. Just need to use the reply button the first time or edit a quick reply post and click the e-mail notification box.
