Hi!
I was wondering about Seadragons(Phycodurus eques).
Your like a walking dictionary(thank gawd for me and others), can one raise these or is it unheard of?
I mean after I gain experience with seahorses?

Im pretty sure they are an endangered species. And aside from that they would be in the expert only area

Not a problem. I could be wrong though. Another more experienced RS member might know 100%

Re: PanmanMatt <===

They are endangered but are obtainable in the hobby. Problems with keeping them include large set ups (300 gallons or so), cold water (62-64F) which means a large chiller, they only eat live foods (live mysids get very expensive), and they will run you about $1,000-1500 each.

They are extremely difficult to keep even for public aquariums so definitely not something I'd suggest for a hobbiest.
