Keep the water cool, 72-74 degrees.

Tell me more about her set up, size, filtration, how long set up, what's in the tank.

She is going to want a minimum of a 29 gallon tank with a 5-7x turnover rate. No aggressive, fast moving or stinging tank mates.

Tell me about the seahorses, size species, where obtained, what eating, captive bred or wild caught. Pictures are definitely helpful and welcomed.

okay, so its a 10 gal w/ 2 dwarf, (is that cool) sea-horses.

lil hob powerfilter.

hermits

about 5-7 lbs lr rock

and a BUTT LOAD of flat worms

That is a lot of tank for 2 dwarfs, are you sure they are dwarfs? Dwarf seahorses have an adult maximum size of 1 inch.

Hermits and LR are not good for a dwarf tank unless they have been treated to remove any hydroids that are in/on the rock. Hydroids can/will sting and kill dwarf seahorses. Hermits are aggressive opportunistic feeders that can attack a dwarf.

Dwarfs also have next to no tank mates and require 2-3 daily feedings of live foods as they will not accept frozen foods with any real consistency. They require a very high feeding density as they aren't as active as the larger species when it comes to hunting for food.

I would like to see a pic of them if possible to help determine the species. Unless they came from the collector or the breeder I am doubtful they are dwarfs.
