Has anyone ever tried abdominalis . I know they need a chiller I have an empty 75gal Im dreaming again. I stopped myself before because of the cost of the chiller. If i turn off my heater in the fall the tank temp stays 64-68 but in the summer 76-78 so the chiller is needed for summer. on a different note > how do you feel about ocean rider , im still looking for erectus for my seahorse tank i called everyone i can think of and OR is the only one who has them.

A 75 is not big enough for adult abdominalis. They can reach 12 inches in size and would really need a tank that is at least 32-36 inches tall.

Also, they need temps more into the lower 60's so even 64 is like the top of their range.

Have you contacted Dan about erectus? I also know of a hobbiest in Florida that may have some available. Let me know of you'd like me to check for you.

I personally wouldn't buy from OR, they are way overpriced and their customer service is lousy at best.

Thank you you saved me alot of money. Yes i called Dan i think it was his wife i talked to. they have none and have no idea when. so if you could that would be great cb only thank you
