These are taken with an older version of the camera I just ordered. He doesn't say how much older or what model. Here is the thread where the one I purchased os discussed. Believe it or not, the price is pretty reasonable considering what they say it can do.

Yea I had been taking pictures on the boat ride over to the reef and completely forgot to put it on the underwater setting when I got in lol
