Re: Biomatix Test Thread

'Nother bump.

This controller is interesting. Finally a svelte controller designed around ethernet based web server.

Two questions:

Are firmware revisions installed through the web server interface?

How much log data does the unit store internally for graphing, and is that data accessible through the web interface, or does one have to subscribe to the monthly service for access to that data?

Live Rock Rubble will do the SAME thing as Bio-Balls and is NOT a suitable replacement for BIO-BALLS in a Reef System! It's ALL gotta go!!

Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change.
Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC*.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian)
This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%.

Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!!

Re: Biomatix Test Thread

Can you export/save/print the graphs and other information from the unit?

Re: Biomatix Test Thread

note the lumenmax elites over the tank, best reflectors ive used

they actually have features and aren't just an overpriced reflector....mounting place for canopy's so you can take the reflector out and mount them easier, adjustable socket for larger bulbs etc. many different hanging options...I used the wire kit from sunlight.
