clown fish is going nuts?

My clown fish is around 5 years old and has not been eating now for 4 days. two
days ago he was acting like he was dieing laying on the bottom of the tank
then the next day he seamed to be ok. today hes swimming up side down
he keeps keeps tring to right him self but cant. help?

the tank is a 150 gal
ph 8.0
temp 79
the water tested fine
this is a new tank of over a month old but he came from a tank the was setup that was ok

Sounds almost certainly like a swim bladder infection. I'm sorry I don;t know what your next steps should be, but I can help you research.

How is the clown doing Choard??
