Sick Clown Fish?

Yesterday we noticed that our female clown fish has a swollen belly, her eyes are somewhat protruding and she is swimming with her mouth opened but, not gasping. It's just opened.
Any thoughts? Could this be a sign she has eggs? Or is she probably sick? Any other clown owners seen this?

TIA.

Hi Gina My clown spawns almost constantly and the only thing i notice about her prior to laying is that her belly gets bloated and she becomes more aggressive. Make sure your water is ok.. no high nitrates. Do you feed flake food? Dry foods can get moldy pretty quickly, especially if not stored properly.

Keep us posted!

As far as water quality goes all is ok. We feed krill and cyclop-eeze and once and awhile shrimp.

All other fish are doing fine.
