clown fish question?

My tomato clown goes "missing" for hours at a time. I origionally thought something happened to it but last night i finally found him/her. it goes to the back of the tank behind a big piece of LR and it sits in a little "den". Does anyone know why it does this? I only have 1 clown in the tank since Nemo went missing 2 weeks ago.

Any help is appreciated.

well nemo may not be missing, you just maybe could have some younguns coming pretty soon. they could be back there watching thier eggs. but i cant say for sure. good luck.

Well nemo is a true perc an the other is a tomato....can that happen?

you did'nt say they bwere different species of clowns, but like johnny said stranger thing have happened. again good luck
