Hey EVery1 my first Anemone

what do you guys think and i bought a banded shrimp!

im scared its my first 1

What kind of anemone is it? It looks like either a condy or a very bleached something else. If it is a condy, you should know that clowns won't host in them and they get absolutely huge. I had one when we first got our tank and ended up giving it away when it became huge.

sticks? that cube only has compac fluorescents right?
