Pseudochromis

I'd like to get a purple pseudo or something similar for my reef tank. I do have 2 fire shrimp. Will the purple attack them? If so, is there something similar that won't? Royal gramma?

that says "yes" to inverts, but I thought they would go after shrimp?

I have a royal gramma and a cleaner shrimp, no problems at all. The shrimp wants to clean the gramma, but the fish doesn't want anything to do with it.

You might want to look at the Blackcap Basslet. It is a beautiful purple color fish.
