when to add live rock

so say you have everything set up and ready to go and about to start your cycle..(time for some multiply choice) Do you,

(A) Add your live rock with your salt mixed water

(B) Wait for a week or 2 for your levels to measure out better

(C) Wait until tank is cycled and fish safe and add live rock

(D) Other answer

I ask only cause I read adding your live rock helps get your cycle going
But I also read adding it before it is cycled can hurt the live rock some or cause die-off.... You experts out there counsel this 20 year old newbie give me a slap on the wrist if needed lol THANKS!!!

Re: when to add live rock

Assuming the LR is cured I would put it in the tank at the same time as the NSW.

Re: when to add live rock

Put the LR and sand (if you are using sand) in with the water.
You want both sand and rock in tank for cycle.
