| Frequent lurker | Yellow Leaf Fish I am considering getting one of these. There are a couple that have been at my LFS for a couple of weeks. They seem healthy and (for leaf fish) active. I am aware they are venomous. However, I am concerned that my percula clown might become dinner. Does anyone know if my clown is small enough to eat? What about my flasher wrasses? I think they are large enough to stay out of its mouth, but I do not know if anyone has any experience with these guys.

| Manta Ray | Re: Yellow Leaf Fish Even if the leaf fish is small now he will frow. Flasher wrasses and clowns only grow to about 3 inches. That little leaf fish will get pretty big. And these guys do not consider the size of their tummy when eating. All sizes of fish are fair game. They will eat fish that are the same size as themselves. I have been tempted many times to buy a leaf or angler fish, but I love my other fish too much to see them eaten. ~Michael

| Tiger Shark | Re: Yellow Leaf Fish a leaf fish is like a angler in the fact that it can eat a fish its own size. SO with that ai wouldn't addd it unless you are going to have a species specific tank

| Frequent lurker | Re: Yellow Leaf Fish That was what I thought. I just wanted the confirmation to talk me out of it. Is there a smaller hawkfish that might work in my setup?
