| Plate Coral | Anyone have a video of a flasher? I'm looking for a link to a video of a flasher wrasse actually flashing. That is, not just displaying it's fins but changing colors as well. I showed my wife the pictures of a flasher wrasse in this link with it's normal coloration and then displaying it's colors or "flashing" and she still doesn't believe that they can change colors and simply thinks that they are two different specimens that have different colors. I've found very few sources that describe this behavior, even fewer that include photographs, and I have yet to find a video of this. Thanks for the help! ![]() Justin

| Plate Coral | Re: Anyone have a video of a flasher? No, I suppose not. You'd think someone would have set up a camera and recorded continuously until one displayed it's colors. Seems like that would be easier than catching a still photo. Now I'm going to have to pick up a female flasher wrasse for my males to flash and a tripod for my camera. Then it's just a matter of watching them patiently although I suppose I could grow old waiting for one to flash Maybe I'll search a bit more before committing to such a task.

| Plate Coral | Re: Anyone have a video of a flasher? Just checking in on this one. I've actually got this question posted on a few forums since it's going to be so hard to find. If I end up finding it elsewhere I'll be sure to post it here, it should be pretty interesting to see.
