Any ideas on what the genus species or even common name is on these fellas?

I've only been able to find them throuhg the Japananese websites thus far, but gonna start looking at the transhippers if I can find where they are from...

SWEET! They are COOL looking critters.... that's EXACTLY what I've been looking for... my whole life I've had a LOVE for Neon Tetras and don't those look so similar... wonder if they are schooling fish like neons are?

General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 72 - 83°F (22 - 28°C) and natural diet consists mainly of small crustaceans. Will accept a wide variety of meaty foodstuffs and should have vitamin enriched foods with at least two feeding per day. Their diet should contain a color enhancer, such as Spirulina. Prefers a dimly lit environment with caves and can be maintained in small groups. Rarely seen in the trade.

Thanks guys.
Did some researching. I think these would be a good candidate for captive breeding, and not for me to look into importing. They appear to be a horrible shipping fish. Probably a fish someone could actually make money off breeding in the states since the wholesalers wouldn't be able to flood the market with them and undercut the CB prices.
