| Ricordea | Hi, Lauren- How about one of the fairy wrasses? Though expensive they are very very beautiful. Centropyge angels are also a good addition, though they may occasionally nip at corals. Centropyge argi is a pretty little jewel though that has a very good reputation. Personally i've never had a problem with any of the centroyge though. I wouldn't recommend putting another tang in a 46. There is bound to be problems with the y.t. I'm sure somebody else will chime in with good suggestions! HTH, Becca ![]()

| Midas Blenny | I have a multicolor pygmy angel which has done well with my corals. I think they are quite interesting. However, most people on this board know me for advocating fairy wrasses. As gina suggested, they are great. Probably the most spectacular of that species of wrasse is the Lineatus Fairy. Has shades of purple, orange, red, and blue. Will reach maximum length at just over 5". This fish will always stay visible. Isn't such a crazy swimmer like some of the halichoeres wrasses. Perfectly reef safe, and one of the things I like most about this fish is personality. Also, they get along well with other fish and don't get sick easy. Here is a great picture of one at the Marine center: http://www.themarinecenter.com/lineatus.htm I myself own one of these guys and I just started a thread a few days back on fairy wrasses. Lots of pictures were posted on that thread of various fairy wrasses. I'll try and get you a link to that. |

| Tuxedo Urchin ![]() | I second the Midas Blenny!!! Great personality and very cute. The pictures you see generally don't do justice to the coloration. Mine was a golden yellow with peach and blue--not to mention those blue eyes!

| Tuxedo Urchin ![]() | I also recommend the neon pseudochromis. They are available tank bred. I have one in my 46 gal and he's very active and has beautiful coloration. Gets along well with my coral beauty and neon goby, but I doubt you could keep one with a fridmani. ![]()

| Dragon Moderator ![]() | I'm not sure the P. aldabraensis (Neon Pseudochromis) will get along with the P. fridmani (Orcid dottyback/strawberry baslet) Lauren would like to get. The Centropyge angles are spectacular as well as the fairy wrasse!

| Serpent Star | Beware the coral beauty angel! My wife bought me one of these about a month ago as a surprise. Everything was going alright until a couple of weeks ago. She purchased me a crocea clam for Valentine's day which the CB instantly decided was dinner. Many frustrating hours and food cubes later, I finally caught him! Stay away if possible, it was not fun at all!
