| Torch coral ![]() | scooter eating frozen food!!! I just got two scooters a week ago and I had some brine cubes to my LPS tonight. Squirted some in their direction. THey thought about it for a minute and then yum, yum, yum!! My tank is about 3 years old and I see a ton of pods at night, but I am still worried that aren't getting enough food. I am in the process of getting some cultures set up for phyto, brine, rotifers, and some copepods instead of always buying them. I have a fuge and I see a bunch down there but I have the skimmer in front of the return so I am not sure how many make it to the tank so the cultures will be a just to make sure thing. Also, does anyone have a good link to mating behavior of scooters. The male always displays himself to her. She just ignores him though. They follow each other around the tank and it isjust crazy. I also got a lawnmower blenny. I was worried about him not having enough food although I have some algae in the tank, but he is now fatter than my tangs and I have only had him a week also. I haven't attempted to feed him frozen food. I forgot to see him eat before they got him out of the tank, but they claimed he has been there for two weeks and was eating. I trust the guy who said it but you never know. I keep trying to get a picture of him but he is camera shy. The only pics are to blurry. I will try some more though. I will also get some of the scooters and post later. WOW that is a long post!!
