| Scopas Tang ![]() | Rose-Band Fairy Wrasse Price Rose-band Fairy Wrasse, Cirrhilabrus roseafascia, Red-striped Fairy Wrasse My LFS has had this fish for the past month. From the research that I was able to do, it appears that they do not come up for sale often. I am having no luck finding any price for the Rose-Band Fairy Wrasse. The one at the LFS is around 4-5". He looks awesome!!! Does anyone have any information on this fish? I am trying to get as much information as possible. Thanks in advance. Reza |

| They misunderestimated me ![]() | Re: Rose-Band Fairy Wrasse Price These are only from Cebu and the statement rare is an understatement. Fish like this command whatever price the dedicated Fairy wrasse collector is willing to pay for it. This fish comes from very deep water, and I believe is one of the largest in the genus.

| Reef Shark ![]() | Re: Rose-Band Fairy Wrasse Price Live Aquaria has 2 listed in their divers den section. A male: https://www.liveaquaria.com/diversde...1015&siteid=20 and one NOT identified as to sex: https://www.liveaquaria.com/diversde...0699&siteid=20 BOTH sell for $129., which isn't a terrible price for an uncommon fairy wrasse. IIRC, the Mystery Wrasses usually go for much more, as do a couple of other "rare" ones.

| Scopas Tang ![]() | Re: Rose-Band Fairy Wrasse Price Thanks BoomerD. They must have just added it to their Diver's Den. I looked at their site last night, but I was unable to find it. The Rose-Band Fairy at my LFS is a male around 4-5", and the owner is asking $135 for it. |
