The Tang Club

Ok, the BSJF and the carpet anemones have a club, I think the good ol' tangs should as well. There are so many awesome tangs out there, and I think that they deserve a club of their own. So lets start now.....
Lets see those tang pics, I know there are many awesome tangs here so lets see them. Manny people say that tangs are ICK magnets, lets show that if housed properly, they ARE'NT. Lets start a great club full of personal experiences, pics, and info on these great fish.

I entered it in the photo contest a couple of months ago but didn't win. I will find a better pic of the chevron. That one was in my gallery from when we first got him. I have lots more better pics somewhere. LOL

Wait, this is one of my favorites. It is not mine and in fact is the store pet at my favorite lfs. He was born this way and thinks he is perfectly normal. Bullies the other fish etc.

Here is a pic of my Black Tang.. I've had him for about 6 weeks now.. He eats like a pig.. I was trying to upload a larger pic but this was the best I could do..

He moves pretty much like any other fish just without the tail. He will even use his barb on other fish. He was born without the tail so I guess he just learned to live without it. It is a large mature fish and perfectly normal in every other way. I love to sit there and watch him when at the LFS. Of course I love to watch everything at the lfs.

Awesome pics, I love the sailfin tangs they are so pretty. I wish I had a tail-less tang. I would make him my mascot.

How big of a tank did you have him in Boomer? Great fish!!!
