Food recipes your fish loves

I just finished doing one of my favorite things to do during the day. I fed my fish with blood warms, Mysis shrimp, live brine shrimp, Sea Plankton, newlife spectrum pellets and a couple small strips of silversides for my scolymias, Plate corals and frogspawn.

What food recipes do you prepare for your friends?

Or what type of food are you giving to your animals.

Great thread, Luis!
I feed mine brine shrimp flakes from brineshrimpdirect. I used to feed live food, but one time the tangs started to get ich (I thought) from a batch of live food. I read up on it, and then stopped using live food. I've tried all kinds of other foods but the only thing they all love is the bs flakes. Nobody want to eat Formula One or frozen mysis or any other food.

Mush here as well.

Includes: Mysis, Formula 1, Zoecon, Minced Garlic, Shrimp, Muscles/Scallops/Clams, Squid, and nori.

Potent stuff, I go heavier on the nori, lighter on the meats and feed maybe three times a week. I suppliment Caluerpa and/or nori more frequently for the foxface. The rest of their food comes from inverts in the tank...

Take er easy

Right now I am feeding one of the assortment bags of frozen food...has formula one, formula two, prime reef, and a few other products from the same company in one bag. Also have a large bag of formula two which I dip into every once in a while. Usually feed mysis shrimp, but I need to buy some more, since I am out at the moment. Recently got some sweetwater zooplankton, which I feed every once in a while as a treat. Have some pellet food to put in the automatic feeder when I go on vacation. Target feed my two LPS (favia brain and plerogyra) about once a week with some Coral Heaven (while it lasts...got it with an order from IPSF...only give it to the brain), Sweetwater Zooplankton, or frozen krill (only for the bubble coral).

Feedings for the fish are every other day.

D'oh...forgot the Nori soaked in Selcon for my hippo tang. Also will occasionally put in some of the caulerpa from my sump as a fresh green treat.

I ahve an auto feeder that feeds a mix of form 1, 2, and prime reef 2ce a day. I supplement that with homemade mush (Reeflady's recipe... or something close) when I get around to it, hopefully that is 2-3 times a week. I target feed shrimp to the anemome, plate coral, open brain, and starfish. I will trow in an extra piece or two for the fish as well.

Then I try to feed nori 1-2 times a day so they have a constant supply but sometimes I miss that feeding.
