| Midas Blenny | Re: Supplement Cookbook I add tropic mairn calcium every-other-day, kent iodide/iodine on Sunday and kent Iron on Thurseday. I was adding stronium/moly. every Tuesday but it kept creating Cyno in the tank, and when I stopped, it stopped. I don't add any other trace elements because I do a 10-15% water change every two to three weeks.
