Posting photos stored in my photos

I have pictures stored in RS my photo section. How do I add these to a post?
I see the insert photo in the post dialog box, when I copy the URL from the photo I get box with an x, like this example.

What am I doing wrong?

click on the photo when your gallery is in display all status.

the selected pic comes up, scroll below it, select "copy to clipboard"

its best to do it with 2 windows open, one on the gal one on your post

Thanks Bob. I got working now.. I guess the URL is different if you use the copy to clipboard vs copying the URL of the page.

i just copy the URL and then on the post, insert image and paste in that window. delete the [img] and post away.
