Can't get on chat

I tried getting on the chat and couldn't.

I disabled cookies, set my internet options to allow popups, enable activeX, basically open my computer up to the world. Still nuthin'. Just got a big box with the little red x in it on the chat page.

Any ideas?

probably your java. I found an old download that works, the new one wouldnt let me play

another way to access chat is through mIRC or a simlar client like icechat.com: The Leading Chat Site on the Net
