Please Help with Avatar

I have still not mastered "shrinking" pics small enough to make
a custom avatar (very much newbie to the whole photos on line thing).

My goal is for this

to be my avatar.

If one of the kind staff at RS would help I would owe them a " red soda water"!

lol...thanks pmac, but I only had to re-size the image already on my pc

Dave sent me a cool image editor.
I may still be learning the moderating ropes...but always more than willing to help !!
