Unknown Growth for ID.

Hi All,

Any ideas on this? its growing at the top of the tank...

No idea, looks like some kind of macro algae.

either macro algae or some type of purple sponge. IDK thats what ir looks like at least

I like it, if it was in my tank I would leave it there and just make sure it doesn't spread out of control. I couldn't find any real info on it though, try google to come up with more.
