Any idea what this might be?

It seems to inflate and deflate and slightly move around. It is a orange/red type color..

Honestly, no clue. Possibly some type of sea cucumber? Can you tell "how" it is moving? Does it have any type of "legs"?

did you put a sun dried tomato in your tank to see if someone would be like "YEA I GOT THOSE TOO!!"? lol i have never seen anything like that before.

i saw something like that once at my LFS. I cant remember wat it was called but i wanna say something with "worm or snake" in it. It it IS what i saw then it opens i believe only once a month??? i know i might be crazy....shhhh
