Definitely agree with RR - probably a Buccinid whelk.

Looking in my Reef creature identification book I would say it is a TRUE TULIP (fascolaria tulips). You canfind it on page 164 of Paul Humanns Reef creature identification book

I'll looked there. I don't think so, it has no axial ridges and is to smooth and the pattern is way off. I think RR and RL have it righ
